Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and WD777.pk (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Platform”). By registering an account, browsing, or using any feature of WD777.pk, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Payments & Transactions

All financial transactions conducted on WD777.pk are subject to the following conditions:

Accepted payment methods

We support major local payment methods including bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and select debit/credit cards.

Transaction security

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. WD777.pk does not store your full payment credentials.

Currency

All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise on the platform.

Failed transactions

Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified on the relevant service or product page
  • Refunds are processed at WD777.pk’s sole discretion and subject to verification
  • Digital products, completed services, or promotional credits are generally non-refundable
  • Approved refunds will be credited back via the original payment method within 7–14 business days
  • Cancellations must be made before service fulfillment to qualify for a refund

Disclaimers

WD777.pk provides its platform and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the platform
  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from bugs, or meet your expectations. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, WD777.pk and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Conduct or content of any third party on or via our platform
  • Any interruption or cessation of service transmission

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to WD777.pk in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WD777.pk, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the platform

Termination

WD777.pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority
  • Your account shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity
  • You engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform’s integrity

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of WD777.pk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

We encourage users to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

Changes to Terms

WD777.pk reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will:

  • Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
  • Post a notice on the platform or send an email notification where appropriate
